Lindsay Gramlich, President and CEO of Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis, Named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40

INDIANAPOLIS (April 16, 2026) Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis (Girls Inc. Indy) is proud to share that Lindsay Gramlich, President and CEO, has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s (IBJ) 2026 Forty Under 40 list.

The IBJ Forty Under 40 honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional achievement, and community engagement. Honorees are selected for their contributions to strengthening their industries and the broader Indianapolis community.

Gramlich leads Girls Inc. Indy with a focus on empowering girls to be strong, smart, and bold through research-based programming, mentorship, and advocacy. Under her leadership, the organization continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact across the region. In fact, 2025 marked a historic year in funds raised, and a 121% growth in the number of girls served since 2024.

“Lindsay’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing our mission and strengthening opportunities for girls,” said Jade Stone, Senior Director of Advancement. “This recognition reflects her true passion for our mission, our community, and most importantly–our girls. It’s incredible to be part of an organization with a leader who leads with such direction and passion.”

As part of this year’s honor, Gramlich participated in the IBJ Forty Under 40 photo and video shoot held at the historic Columbia Club in downtown Indianapolis. The landmark venue, known for its long-standing role in the city’s civic and cultural life, provided the backdrop for this year’s honoree portraits.

“Being included in IBJ’s Forty Under 40 is an incredible honor and means so much to me. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees,” said Gramlich. “This recognition reflects the collective work of our team and partners who are committed to helping girls in our community thrive. I’m especially grateful to our staff, board of directors, community, and my family for celebrating this achievement and supporting the future of Girls Inc. Indy.”
