Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis Receives Grant from Women’s Foundation of Indiana to Enhance the Girls Inc. Experience
INDIANAPOLIS (April 6, 2026) – Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis (Girls Inc. Indy) received a grant from Women’s Foundation of Indiana to strengthen opportunities for women and girls in our community. Women’s Foundation of Indiana invests in organizations across the state that are working to improve the lives of women and girls by advancing systems change, advocating for women’s rights, and strengthening collective power.
This funding will support and enhance the Girls Inc. Experience, our comprehensive approach to empowering girls through a focus on People, Programs, and Environment. With this investment, Girls Inc. Indy will continue to strengthen mentorship opportunities through highly trained staff, expand access to research-based, experiential programming, and cultivate safe, supportive spaces where girls can grow in confidence and leadership. The grant will also help deepen community partnerships and bring new opportunities such as workshops, internships, and hands-on learning experiences that connect girls to real-world pathways for success.
