Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis and Indianapolis Indians Charities Partner Again to Celebrate Extraordinary Dads this Summer: Girl Dad ‘25
INDIANAPOLIS (May 27, 2025) – The Indianapolis Indians Charities and Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis (Girls Inc. Indy) are partnering again this summer for the return of the Girl Dad campaign. This movement highlights extraordinary dads and father-figures of girls while raising funds for Girls Inc. Indy programs that inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.
“We are excited to partner again with the Indianapolis Indians Charities on this fun and meaningful movement for all girls and their fathers and father-figures,” said Lindsay Gramlich, President & CEO of Girls Inc. Indy. “We continue to recognize the critical role that support systems—family, friends, mentors, peers, and especially fathers and father-figures—play in helping girls grow up strong, smart, and bold. The Girl Dad campaign holds a special place in our hearts with how it celebrates the power of community, and the influential role positive male figures have in shaping our girls’ confidence, resilience, and success. This year we’re excited to continue highlighting Girl Dads alongside the Indianapolis Indians Charities.”
Indianapolis Indians Charities and Girls Inc. Indy will promote the campaign through game day and community activations, promotional opportunities and more. Girls Inc. Indy summer camp participants will have the opportunity to participate in a softball clinic with the Indianapolis Indians Charities and attend a game at Victory Field as part of the Creative Discovery Camp.
“Indianapolis Indians Charities (IIC) is proud to once again support the Girl Dad campaign alongside Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. This initiative not only celebrates the special bond between fathers and daughters, but also uplifts the next generation of fearless, resourceful, and adventurous young women. At IIC, we believe in the power of positive adult role models and the lasting impact they have on a child’s future. Supporting Girls Inc. Indy through this meaningful campaign aligns perfectly with our mission to strengthen community connections and invest in the leaders of tomorrow.” – Beth Belange-Hood, Director Indianapolis Indians Charities
