As Program Manager, Robbin Payne plays a vital role in ensuring Girls Inc. Indy programming is delivered with consistency and care. She supports program quality and the overall experience of the girls we serve, bringing intention and authenticity to every interaction.

“My private life should reflect my professional values, because many girls look to me for guidance, and I strive to lead with integrity, not hypocrisy—any time I have the opportunity to engage with the girls, I am truly in my element,” she shared.
