Bea DuBois, Office Manager

Value Award: Innovation

As Office Manager, Bea DuBois is known for finding thoughtful, efficient ways to improve processes and support those around her. Whether she’s streamlining workflows, solving challenges, or helping teammates navigate day-to-day operations, Bea approaches every task with creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Bea shares what being innovative means to her and how it has shaped her career:

“Being innovative has been a great skill I have grown through my career. I enjoy working through different variables, testing, and adjusting as necessary to create the best processes for accomplishing tasks and successful outcomes. Brainstorming, being able to understand goals, collaborate, and learn, drive me to support others but not limit myself,” she says.

Bea’s colleagues recognize her as someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make work more efficient and effective:

Through her innovative mindset and dedication to supporting her teammates, Bea helps strengthen the work we do every day in service of Central Indiana girls and their families.

We are grateful for Bea and the leadership she brings to our mission—and we are proud to celebrate her as our Q2 2026 Employee of the Quarter.
