Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis is seeking seasonal, as needed, Program Facilitators. Our program facilitators deliver Girls Inc. programs to girls in the following groups: ages 6-8, ages 9-11, and ages 12-14.Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse groups and facilitating programs for groups of youth; and must enjoy working with children and promoting a positive environment for youth.

Candidates must have knowledge of youth development, experience engaging youth as a leader of pre-planned programs/activities at a church, community center or school, in addition, the ability to discuss demonstrated group behavior management techniques and apply those techniques in a classroom setting with 15-20 girls. Pursuing a bachelor or associates degree and preferably 1+ years of experience in planning and implementing programs that achieve established outcomes, also preferred.
