How can I sign my child up?

You can register online. The registration fee is $7 and includes lunch, a morning and afternoon snack, a Girls Inc. T-shirt, as well as program activities.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes, you will receive an email one week prior to the event. Online applicants will receive an instant email confirming their registration.

Where should parents bring their child?

Parents/Guardians must sign girls in with a Girls Inc. staff member. Drop off is between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. at North United Methodist Church. Pick up will be from 1:50 p.m.-2:00 p.m at North United Methodist Church. All girls must be signed in and signed out with a Girls Inc. staff member. Girls will be shuttled to Corteva at 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN. 46268.

Can I pick up my child up earlier than 2:00 p.m.?

No early pick-ups are allowed as the bus will return from Corteva in a timely manner.

Are the girls broken into age-appropriate groups for activities?

This event is limited to girls ages 9-16. Participants will be put into a group based on age. We are not able to accommodate any changes in the groups.

Who are the chaperones and what is the ratio of girls to staff?

Minimum ratio is 1 staff member to 10 girls. We are anticipating 100 girls and we have 10 staff members who will be supervising their assigned groups on location.
